2010-11 Beginner Dance Class
It's Square Dance Time! September 9th is the date and all Happy Squares club and new and prospective class members are invited to join the festivities! We'll start at 6:30PM with a pizza party and then introduce everyone to the fun that we call modern square dancing at our nomal class time of 7:30PM. We have a special evening planned for the Class of 2011.
Class dances every Thursday evening from 7:30 to 9:30 PM .
We dance at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi - see the map link to the left (but we are not affiliated with the Senior Center or the City of Simi Valley)
The hall is air-conditioned and has a great wood dance floor.

Our caller/instructor is John Reitmajer - one of the best local callers in Southern California. John has a smooth, friendly teaching style and will have you dancing before you know it!

Who are these people and why are they all smiling? They're graduates of the Class of 2010 (and before) enjoying their class party! We do enjoy many non-dancing activities!
Our 2009 Club Picnic was another fun-filled event. We had lots of food, of course, and shuffleboard and horseshoes and mmmmmm...hot cobbler!
